Nurturing your child's talents and interests is one of the best things you can do for a child you love. If your child has demonstrated an interest in arts and crafts, encourage them to develop their talents by exposing them to as many artistic endeavors as you can. Offer to take them to kid-friendly art exhibits, theatrical productions, and provide them with art supplies. You can also provide further exposure to many different mediums by enrolling them in art programs or classes that they demonstrate interest in.
Perhaps the easiest way to encourage your child's creativity and artistic talents is to provide them with art supplies and creative toys. Here are six gift ideas that can help encourage your child's artfully crafty ways.
1. Finger Painting Party by Alex. Why not throw a finger painting party? Finger painting is a wonderfully messy way for younger children to delve into the arts. The Finger Painting Party bucket includes six different colors of finger paint, five stamp shapes, two foam patterns, one suction cup ball, a plastic pattern tool, a textured rubber spike ball, and a painting mat. Young children, and maybe even adults, will find hours of enjoyment with the Finger Painting Party bucket. These are recommended for ages three and up.
2. Kid at Art packs. Kids at Art packs are wonderful, interactive, and fun educational toys that encourage a child's artistic talents while teaching them about the lives of the great artists. Each Kid at Art pack is designed around the work of a famous artist. Each Kid at Art pack contains a full color book and instructions on how to create their very own masterpiece. Each pack also contains all the art supplies needed to create their own work of art. All Kid at Art packs are designed to teach children about the life and work of a famous artist, teach core art concepts like color, shapes, perspective, etc., and jump start your child's creativity. Kid at Art packs are recommended for children ages 2-13, depending on the pack.

What the hell is nostalgia doing in a science-fiction film? With the whole universe and all the future to play in, Lucas took his marvelous toys and crawled under the fringed cloth on the parlor table, back into a nice safe hideyhole, along with Flash Gordon and the Cowardly Lion and Luck Skywalker and the Flying Aces and the Hitler Jugend. If theres a message there, I dont think I want to hear it.
